How much does an estimate cost?
$90/h actual time, no minimum block. A standard new home takes about 8 hours, so $630-720. That's about half the price of a traditional firm.
What's the delivery time?
4 to 5 business days from receipt of your complete plans. If it's urgent, contact us — we can sometimes expedite.
Will my client know I outsourced?
No. Everything is delivered under your brand, in your name. We don't appear anywhere in the documents you present to your client. Total confidentiality.
What types of projects do you accept?
Strictly residential: new homes, major and minor renovations, extensions, additions, basements, garages. We don't do commercial or industrial.
What do you need to get started?
Your plans in PDF (or any other digital format). If you don't have plans, contact us — we can still help with our satellite measurements.
How does billing work?
Simple billing, net 30 days. You receive a detailed invoice with the number of hours worked. Payment by Interac transfer or cheque.
Do I have to commit to a minimum volume?
No. No commitment, no minimum block. You use the service when you need it, project by project.

Jonathan V. Chicoine supervises every estimate. 24 years of experience, $870M in estimates, expert witness recognized by the Quebec Superior Court.
Do you serve all of Quebec?
Yes. Thanks to satellite measurements and remote work, we serve contractors across Quebec, from Gatineau to Gaspé.
